The Galaxy Buds Pro are some of the best truly wireless earbuds you can get for your Android phone, and Samsung wants to promote them with another special edition. Following the nostalgic retro clamshells announced in January, Samsung is releasing one in partnership with Adidas Originals to showcase its green efforts.
This new pair (h / t SamMobile) wears the iconic white and green color scheme of the Adidas Stan Smith sneakers. Like previous special editions, this one also has an unusual case – it is shaped like a snapback lid and is made from recycled plastic. Whether or not the Snapback visor will hold up well over time is anyone’s guess, but at least it adds some features in the form of a keychain hole.
The earbuds still have a chrome finish, complemented by white plastic on the sides. Rounding out the collaboration is an Adidas Originals custom system-wide theme that can be applied to a Galaxy smartphone.
Unfortunately, this special edition Buds Pro will only be available in South Korea for 279,000 won (~ $ 249). Good luck importing the kit if you live elsewhere.
